What you can expect
Inventory and Intake
When you first speak with Homebridge you'll be assigned to a personalized moving coordinator who will take a careful inventory of items to move. You will also be given a list of additional services to choose from.
Personalized Quote
Your personalized moving coordinator will provide you with a detailed quote for your moving services. This quote will include pricing for your full moving services and explain your insurance options.
Virtual In Home Estimates
For larger moves, we may schedule a free virtual in-home walk through to provide an accurate quote.
Reservations and Timeline
Your moving coordinator will then provide you with confirmations of your reservation and an estimated timeline for your move. From pick-up to delivery we aim to provide a clear blueprint for your relocation.
Post Reservation
What you can expect
Additional Services
Our team will begin to work on your additional services immediately after your reservation. You will receive a quick form to complete so that our fulfillment specialist can complete your orders. You will also receive progress notifications and confirmation as each service is set up on your behalf.
Pick up
48-24 hours prior to your scheduled move you will receive a confirmation call from your assigned agent. You'll be provided with detailed information regarding your pick-up.
Your Move
On moving day your movers will arrive at your home and quickly and professionally pad wrap, blanket wrap, and load your furniture and boxed items. They will disassemble and prepare all your items as needed and unload at your destination. Throughout your move our office team will also be available to you to facilitate the process. We will ensure your overall experience during your move is positive and professional from pick up to delivery.
Reports, Discounts and Customer Service
After your reservation is completed you will receive your personalized community report along with any additional local discounts. As our fulfillment specialists provide your chosen services you'll recieve email updates.

Feedback and Surveys
Our team will also reach out to conduct a quick survey of your experience. At this point we will also make sure your experience met your expectations.
Claims
If at any time after your move a claim is required for your move you need only reach out to our customer service department here. We will coordinate with the moving agent and insurance carrier as needed to assist you with your claims.
